With over 25 years of experience within the neurosurgical field, Dr. Gilete performs a variety of surgical procedures on the cranical, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. As an instructor in minimally-invasive spinal surgery and as a Surgeon’s Trainer in minimally-invasive spine surgery techniques, Dr. Gilete provides courses educating other neurosurgeons in surgery techniques with less blood loss, reduced risk of muscle damage, and reduced risk of infection. He is currently the medical director of Promohealth SL where he diagnoses, consults, and performs corrective surgeries that provide hope to a complex yet neglected patient population.

As an Internal Medicine Specialist, Dr. Natalia Juan´s expertise focuses on Infectious Diseases, holding an additional master’s degree in Antimicrobial Therapy Control. Her clinical work centers on complex diagnoses and infectious diseases treatment. She contributes to our team with personalized antibiotic prophylaxis and MCAD treatment planning for complex surgical cases. Dr. Juan excels in the differential diagnosis of complex and autoimmune diseases and coordinates hospitalization and infection committees at Hospital Teknon
The Anesthesiology team are formed by experts in the very specific management of the complex airway in cervical fixation. They have successfully developed the application of OFA (Opioid Free Anesthesia) protocols for complicated cases with ME and multiple allergies. This applies for both the anesthetic maintenance as well as for the treatment of the postoperative pain with our patients, all with satisfactory results.

Having recently completed her medical studies, Giovanna reviews scans, coordinates with our lab partners, and assists in patient care in the office and on the ward. Additionally she is compiling data and research to publish several scholarly articles on patient outcomes and our diagnostic protocol.
