With this option you may submit scans completed at an upright imaging center close to you for Dr Gilete’s review and then come to Barcelona for a face-to-face consultation with Dr Gilete.
Upright MRI of the cranio-cervical junction and cervical spine in:
T2 imaging is preferred. Positioning should not provoke serious symptoms. Odontoid peg and surrounding region should be visible in all imaging. Neutral imaging should show hind brain.
All submitted imaging must be submitted in DICOM format.

If you have all the requested imaging, please use the form here below and we will send you an email with a link for you to upload your imaging to us. Once all scans are correctly completed and uploaded, you will receive a proposed date for the Zoom consultation with Dr Gilete to review his findings, ask questions, and discuss further treatment options. You will also be sent the payment link. You have the option to request a report from the visit.
Before the teleconsultation takes place, you will be asked to complete a set of comprehensive questionnaires from which we will gather your personal information, your clinical history, and symptomology.
