Dr. Gilete provides clinical assessments and consultations at a distance using the online communication platform Zoom.

With your computer

• You will receive an email from us with a Link and a unique ID and password. Click on the Link.
• Follow the instructions and download the software. You do not need to create your own Zoom account. If nothing prompts from the browser, download & run Zoom.
• When the software is downloaded, please join the meeting by entering the ID sent to your email and your full name and click “Join”. Then enter the password sent to your email. If a box does not automatically appear for you to do this, please click “Join a meeting”. Please make sure to approve to activate audio and video.
• Dr Gilete will join you at the time scheduled for the consultation.

With your phone

• You will receive an email from us with a Link and a unique ID and password.
• Download the Zoom app to your phone by visiting the App Store and searching “Zoom”. Download the application.
• Through the Zoom phone app, please click “Join a meeting” and enter the ID sent to your email and your full name. Turn on your video and audio and click “Join”. Then enter the password sent to your email.
• Dr Gilete will join you at the time scheduled for the consultation.

Online consultation rates

Follow up consultation for previous patients (up to 30 minutes): 250 €

Preliminary consultation (up to 30 minutes): 300 €

Teleconsultation with evaluation (up to 1h): 450 €

Teleconsultation with evaluation (up to 1h) and medical report: 750 €
